Push up in lay down stability and synergic contraction of pelvic floor muscles and abductors muscles

This exercise aims to work on dual motor control, together with the work of a basic movement pattern, such as thrusts. In this sense, the patient must work these thrusts with a variable load depending on the individual characteristics of our patient and at the same time work on synergy with the lower limb. Good pelvic floor contraction must be maintained at all times.
