Muscular Training: Bridge Exercise in inestability (Gluteus + Perineum)

This exercise is one of the most important ones that will be carried out from the first to the third trimester: The bridge. Remember that in pregnancy the contraction must always be isotonic, never isometric. First we will look for the contraction of the pelvic floor muscles, and after that, we could start with the motor control of the pelvis and the spine doing the bridge. The sequence to increase the difficulty should be: lying down as shown in the video, secondly with dorsal support and finally with fitball support on the legs.
