Exercise indicated for strengthening and motor control of the core muscles, together with motor control and contraction of the pelvic floor muscles. In this case, a dual work moment is included with a contraction of the shoulder girdle muscles by performing asymmetrical thrusts with only one arm. It is considered an advanced exercise.
